3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are listed in AED unless otherwise stated. HEDES reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to:

  • Incomplete customer information
5. Custom Orders

Bespoke, made-to-order, and customized products are manufactured according to customer specifications. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
