Warranty Coverage

HEDES provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Period

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Decorative lighting fixtures: 1 Year
  • Electrical components: 1 Year
Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused during customer-arranged transportation
  • Normal wear and tear
Warranty Claims

Customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Product photographs
  • Detailed description of the issue

HEDES reserves the right to inspect products before approving warranty claims.
