Refund Policy
Standard Products
Refund requests for standard products may be considered within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
Products must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Show no signs of installation or damage
Custom-Made Products
Customized, bespoke, or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.
Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify HEDES within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photographs.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days.
Shipping, installation, and handling charges are generally non-refundable.
